Sky Research’s founders, Sky and Anne Sky, have for more than 30 years provided aviation and technical expertise in environmental characterization and research project management to federal and commercial clients both domestic and international. In 1995, Sky Research was incorporated as a certified, woman-owned, small disadvantaged business (SDB), in a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HubZone).
